Order a Premier test if you want a comprehensive review of your sleep, need an in-depth test, and you want results, prescriptions, and referrals sent for you.
This is a comprehensive package that includes consultation and testing. It is eligible for a full refund provided none of the services have been provided.
If you cancel after the consultation: Should you decide not to proceed with the test (or the provider does not order the test) you will be provided a refund minus a consultation fee of $150.
The device is eligible for refund up until the product has been shipped. Once the product has left the Sleep Doc Direct facility it is no longer eligible for return or refund. The device is disposable, and must be discarded if returned to us.
